At Serenity Handmade Jewelry, we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. We typically ship items within 7 business days of receipt of your order. Please note that during peak season or holiday time, shipping times may be longer.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options for your convenience. Expedited shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while standard shipping options vary depending on your location and may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier's website. Sometimes there may not be a tracking number for a few weeks. Please refer to our Delivery Expectations page for more information!

International Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States, but we are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
